Welcome to Mkhontokazi, the latest addition to the world of superhero video games! Join Nolwazi Gatsheni, an ordinary and curious tinkerer, as she takes on the challenge of inventing a crime-fighting persona to combat the rise in superhuman crime that has taken over South Africa.

In this 3D side-scrolling beat 'em up game, you'll take control of uMkhontokazi - The Queen Spear, as you battle your way through hordes of superhuman criminals. 

Explore a world where superhuman potential and progress in South Africa are at the forefront of the game's lore. Discover the mysteries behind the 5th cartel that has been channeling much of the country's state-owned resources and power to top-secret mega-laboratories.

As an early development pre-alpha build, Mkhontokazi is an experiment in building a game for fun with very little experience. But with your help, the game can progress to further stages of building, designing experiments, and testing. All it takes is 100 people to download the first build and indicate their interest and willingness to try out future expansions.

Prototype version 0.3 .1 experiment tests:

1. 100 downloads as a rough proxy to test if the game can sell 1000 copies. 400 units sold at USD 1.68 per game would cover version 0.x pre-alpha prototyping costs to date. 800 units sold at this price would cover the projected cost to create a simple version 1 pre-beta prototype.
2. Positive comments indicating interest in future builds and cultural relevance of content.

IMPORTANT WARNINGS:

2. The game might contain some mistranslations from isiZulu to English and vice versa. I am working on fixing this. 
3. Please note that the game is full of bugs that I am still to fix.
